Marin Pucar, Deputy president of the Supervisory Board

He was appointed Podravka d.d. Management Board president in February 2017. He started his professional career at Gavrilović d.o.o. food processing industry, transferring to Danica d.o.o. – Podravka’s meat processing company in 2001, where in 2002 he became its sales, marketing and development manager. In 2003 he was appointed executive manager for Croatian market at Podravka d.d. He was a member of Podravka d.d. Management Board since 2008 to 2012, after which he transferred to Zvečevo d.d. to the position of Management Board member. He was Zvečevo d.d. Management Board president since 2014 to August 2016.

He graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Business in Zagreb and received his MA in Marketing theory and politics. He is currently completing his doctoral thesis in Management to the subject “Brand expansion management strategy in Croatian food processing industry “.

Since 2008 till 2012 we was Supervisory Board member of Danica d.o.o. and Belupo d.d. In 2012 he became Management Board member of Croatian Chamber of commerce, and its deputy in 2016, the role he carries to this day.

Petar Vlaić, Senior vice president of the supervisory board

Petar Vlaić is currently employed as the president of the Management Board of ERSTE, a limited liability company for the management of mandatory and voluntary pension funds, and is also a member of the Supervisory Board of PODRAVKA d.d. He graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science in Ljubljana. In addition, he also obtained the CFA certificate (Chartered Financial Analyst) under the CFA programme organised by the American association of investment professionals (CFA Institute).

He began his professional career as a broker for the company Ilirika d.d. from Slovenia, and was later promoted to portfolio manager and head of the trade. After arriving in Zagreb he became the first fund manager in the Republic of Croatia in the first Croatian investment fund Kaptol Proinvest. He later worked as head of trade in the company IB Austria d.o.o., and then started working as the head of the fund in the Central National Fund. In 2001 he became the president of the Management Board of the company Adriatic Invest d.o.o. – the company for the management of the Blue Mandatory Pension Fund. At the end of 2003, Erste OMF and Helios OMF joined the Blue Fund, and the fund changed its name into Erste Blue Mandatory Pension Fund. During his work in the company for the management of the privatisation fund, he was a member of several supervisory boards of Croatian companies. He has been performing the duty of the member of the Supervisory Board of PODRAVKA d.d. since 7 September 2010, and by the general meeting decision of 11 July 2014, he was re-appointed as the member of the Supervisory Board of PODRAVKA d.d. for a term of 4 years.

Dušan Tomašević, Member

Dušan Tomašević is the vice-president of operational performance at Podravka d. d.

His previous function was as the chairman of the Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development (HBOR). Dušan Tomašević has worked with Podravka from the start of 2001 to begin at the start of 2005 as the chairman of the board of Danica, d. o. o., and a member of the board at Podravka, where he was is charge of finances.

Some of the more important positions he has worked in during his long business career are chairman of the board at PIK Vrbovec, executive director at Agrokor, d. d., executive director at Gavrilović, d. o. o., Petrinja, and chairman of the board at Puris, d. d., Pazin and chairman of the board at FinaGS, d. o. o., Zagreb.

He is a economist and is currently working on his doctorate in economic sciences. He has obtained practical experience at business schools such as: FBA – Fundamentals of Buisiness Administration – Zagreb Faculty of Economics, The London School of Economics – Individual Tuition, Integrated Financial Management Programme – Euro money training, London, Corporate governance for members of supervisory boards and boards of directors – Split Faculty of Economics and Zagreb Faculty of Economics.

He was appointed as a member of the supervisory board at Žito d. o. o. for the period from 29 March 2017 to 3 October 2022.

Rajko Stanković, Member

He is currently employed as the president of the Association of Small Shareholders of Slovenia and is also a member of the Supervisory Board of the Company and a member of the Audit Committee of the Supervisory Board of the Company since 3 July 2014.

In 1996 he obtained the title of higher administrative officer at the College of Administration, University of Ljubljana, and in 2004 he passed the professional examination in administrative procedure. From 1996 to 2001, he worked as a clerk for logistics and repatriation and performed the functions of the head of finances at the Office of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia for Immigration and Refugees. From November 2001 to November 2002 he worked as the manager and organiser of production units and operational units of the company Catering d.o.o., and from 2004 to 2006 he was a private entrepreneur in the field of hospitality, related logistics and catering. From October 2006 and March 2009, he dealt with the protection of the rights of small shareholders. From April 2009 to March 2010 he worked as an assistant director. Since April 2010, he has again professionally performed the function of the president of the Association of Small Shareholders of Slovenia. Since June 2013, he has also been a member of the Supervisory Board of Zavarovalnica Triglav and a member of the Audit Committee of the Supervisory Board of Zavarovalnica Triglav.
